Things have been a bit discouraging lately. Feeling a bit discouraged, and lonely lost in it all. I know it’ll pass, but how do I find my way back and not lose anything along the way. Right now I’m pretty happy eating a Popsicle at 1030 for lunch :) what? It’s organic. Hugs n highfives
Having a bit of a tough day today. Gotta drag myself out. Guess just feeling a lil defeated. My time management has been off and my early shift is suppose to make things easier. Not sure. Need to step back for a moment.
So my weight issue is a constant battle. Put some weight back in. Still working hard to lose and just be stronger. I’ve accepted it’s always gonna be this way. At the same time I’m enjoying my journey to improve myself. I have nothing to prove to anyone, this is my journey. :) hugs and highfives- me
